Refund Policy

 

Request Return & Refund Service:

You are eligible for our Return & Refund Service for all products you bought from iGPSPORT Official site (within 15 days from the day receiving the product), if you meet any of the following conditions:

1. The product's original packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals are intact. The product has no manufacturing defects, has not been activated or used, and secondary sales are not affected.

2. The product has a manufacturing defect.

 

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

× Starting from the day receiving the product, the service is requested after the iGPSPORT specified return period has been exceeded;

× A product sent to iGPSPORT for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

× A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

× A product is not delivered to iGPSPORT within 7 calendar days after iGPSPORT confirms the return.

× Other circumstances stated in this policy.

 

Return & Refund Instructions

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within the iGPSPORT specified return period starting from 00:00 on the day receiving your product(s).

2) Contact the online customer live chat directly.

 

We will review your return and refund application within 2 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Refund processing may be delayed during the event.

 

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

 

Bundle deals

For bundle orders that contain discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Customers are not permitted to process separate refunds for individual products in a bundle deal.

Exchange Service
